At FishPrinter, each item is made to order specifically for you.
Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@fishprinter.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to review and process your request.
