At FishPrinter, every item is made to order specifically for you.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fishprinter.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.

Please allow 3–5 business days for review and processing.
