Orders

All orders are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to cancel or modify it after production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraud.

Product Appearance

We do our best to accurately display each print, frame, and metal finish.

Please note that colors, brightness, and finish appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.

Because each product is made to order, minor variations in print color, texture, and finish may occur.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

FishPrinter is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Damaged Items

Because all products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fishprinter.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund for verified damaged or incorrect items.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, product images, branding, logos, and website content are the property of FishPrinter and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
